1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MR GOLD mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use this App. By using the App,
you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per phone number is permitted.
- MR GOLD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. App Functionality
- The App displays real-time gold and silver prices for informational purposes only.
- Users can view jewellery designs in the catalogue section.
- The App allows users to contact jewellers directly via phone.
- MR GOLD does NOT facilitate online purchases, payments, or bookings.
- Any transaction or deal is done directly between the user and the jeweller.
5. Price Information Disclaimer
- Prices displayed in the App are indicative and may change without notice.
- MR GOLD does not guarantee the accuracy or real-time availability of prices.
- Prices should not be considered financial or investment advice.
- Users must confirm final prices directly with the jeweller before any transaction.
6. Communication with Jewellers
- The App only provides contact access to jewellers.
- MR GOLD is not responsible for any communication, agreement, or transaction between users and jewellers.
- All dealings are solely between the user and the jeweller.
7. Catalogue
- The catalogue section is for reference purposes only.
- Images, weights, and designs are indicative and may vary in actual products.
- MR GOLD does NOT sell or deliver products directly through the App.
- Users must contact the jeweller directly for availability, pricing, and purchase.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App
- Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in the App are owned by MR GOLD
or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content
in the App without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- MR GOLD is not responsible for any transactions or agreements made between users and jewellers.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on price or catalogue information shown in the App.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
12. Modifications to Terms
MR GOLD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice,
for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
