Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your MR GOLD account and associated personal data, you can request deletion by contacting us via email.

Please include your registered phone number or email in the request so we can identify your account.

What Happens After You Request

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• Your personal information will be removed from our systems
• The process will be completed within 7 days

Data Retention

Some minimal data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes. However, this data will not be used for any other purpose.
